Surabhi has been practicing yoga for over ten years and is a certified 200-hour YTT Yoga Instructor. Additionally, she is trained as a Balanced Body Pilates Instructor, which enhances her understanding of the mind-body connection. Her passion for group fitness began with teaching Zumba, and she found that yoga provided a balanced approach to recovery after intense cardio sessions while also improving strength and flexibility. This sparked her interest in other mind-body formats like Barre and Pilates. Surabhi enjoys educating members and encourages them to practice at home, believing that a balanced workout and consistency are essential for fitness. She strives to make learning enjoyable every day.
