FAQ 4: What is the best time to visit Ladakh?

The best time to visit Ladakh is between April to July wen the weather is pleasant and not too cold. The Leh-Manali highway is typically open from June to October and the Leh-Srinagar highway is usually open from April to November. Roads within Ladakh remain open throughout winter.

Glimpses of Ladakh

DAY 1

Arrival in Leh, rest and acclimatization

Upon arrival at Kushok Bakula airport in Leh, you will be received by our representative and transferred to the Hotel. You will then check in to the hotel for a complete day of rest for acclimatization, wherein welcome tea and coffee will be served at the hotel. Post lunch you will visit Leh Market, Shanti Stupa from where you can have a glimpse of the Leh city and the breath-taking view of the Stok range and Khardong la mountain ranges.

Exploring Sham Valley

Leh to Nubra Valley (125km / 5-6 Hrs)
