Although most famous for its world-class skiing, we will show you how to experience the winter magic of “Breck” without the commercial ski slopes. From adrenaline rushing-snowmobiling to nostalgic sledding and hot chocolate, exhilarating adventures await with this self-guided itinerary.  

After booking this self-guided adventure, your itinerary will be customized by our local experts to suit your experience and needs. Pricing is for 2 paying adults and up to 2 kids. Kids under 12 go free.

Her interest in exploring and protecting our wild spaces has driven her around the world adventuring in areas such as the Himalaya, Southeast Asia, and South America. Kenzie now lives in Denver, Colorado where she organizes outdoor community events and spends most of her time trotting through the Rockies with her ’91 van and pup. On day 1, for 3 days

You'll be staying in a central location just 5 minutes (3 miles) to downtown Breckenridge, 10 minutes to Keystone, and 15 minutes to Copper Mountain. You'll be able to access miles and miles of single track mountain bike trails (+hiking and trail running) at a trailhead just down the road or hop on the Blue River Rec Path to bike into town, and during the winter months cruise miles of pristine nordic track! You'll be staying in a room with two queen beds and an ensuite bath.
