A private chef and his team will join you during the trel to prepare meals with superfood ingredients to give the best nourishment, recovery, and acclimatization to high altitudes for our gastronomical wellness trekking adventures. Itinerary

DAY 1
Arrival in Kathmandu

Guided Tour in Kathmandu

Flight to Lukla and Hike to Tok Tok

Day 1 - 4
You will be staying at Hotel Marshyangdi or similar, in Kathmandu on double occupancy basis.
Day 4 - 17
Mountain lodges or tea houses along the trek. Upgraded tea houses with private bathroom will be booked whenever possible, but it is more difficult to get above Namche and almost impossible at the top.
At the lower altitudes, there is electricity to charge your electronics. As you go higher tea houses become more basic and there is electricity only a few hours a day.
Day 16 - 19
You will be staying at Hotel Marshyangdi or similar, in Kathmandu on double occupancy basis.
