Alaska Winter Adventure

DAY 1

Get up on the mountain and then explore town.

Kick off your adventure in the wild snowy mountains of Alaska from some cross-country skiing / snowshoeing before heading to town to warm up and explore the town of Fairbanks. Grab a bite to eat and check out some local shops to gain the full cultural immersion experience. Afterwards, head to an open area on the north side of the town with great visibility and very little man-made light for what is known as the best location to view the Aurora Borealis/Northern Lights.
