Day 1: Travel to the Jungle Eco-Lodge

Afternoon Arrival

Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the Belize Botanical Gardens. Explore winding pathways surrounded by native plant species, tropical flowers, and exotic fruit trees. Learn about the medicinal and cultural significance of the flora as you enjoy the peaceful ambiance, with vibrant birds and butterflies enhancing the natural splendor.

Afterward, take a stroll down to the Macal River, where you can feel the calming flow of the water as it meanders through lush surroundings. 5:00 PM: Unwind with a 60-minute Hatha practice and meditation by the river, allowing the natural serenity to guide you into relaxation and mindfulness
