ARRIVE IN ARUSHA TANZANIA

Have an early morning breakfast then head to Arusha airport for your scheduled flight to Northern Serengeti/ Kogatende (Dept. 08:00 am – Arr. 10: 00 am OR 10:00 am -12:35 pm). Upon arrival at Kogatende Airstrip, our Driver/Guide will drive you to your tented camp for some refreshments and a hot lunch. After a short time of relaxation, head out later in the afternoon for a game drive and begin your adventure exploring the vast plains of the Northern Serengeti. Be mesmerized by the wildebeest crossing the Mara River, this great show on Earth will astound you. Take your time and enjoy your game drive and in the evening return for dinner and overnight at Nimali Mara/Similar.

FLIGHT FROM ARUSHA TO NORTHERN SERENGETI

Stretching from Seronera for about 100 km north to the Kenyan Border, the northern Serengeti/Kogatende is a gently undulating region, broken by small rivers and occasional hills and kopje. There are good permanent populations of wildlife in several areas here, including the very beautiful Lobo Kopjes. It is an interesting varied habitation that’s far from the park's main entry point in the south and hence it receives delightfully few visitors.
Between August and October, you can still enjoy the spectacular crossing of the Mara River, a particularly stunning show to watch.
Head out after breakfast for an early morning game drive. You can either return to the camp for a hot lunch, then head out later in the afternoon for another game drive or you can stay out in the Serengeti plains for a full-day game drive and take a packed lunch with you. Return for Dinner and overnight at Nimali Mara /Similar.

TWO DAYS OF GAME-VIEWING ADVENTURES  AND THE WILDEBEEST MIGRATION



This entire day is set aside for game drives in Northern Serengeti, the Serengeti is a habitat of an abundance of wildlife such as impala, buffalo, crocodile, and hippo, and is more well-known for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. The movement of animals is determined by rainfall and varies from year to year. Apart from the migrating herds, you will also have the opportunity to see the resident predators, leopard, cheetah, and lion, fulfilling their role in the circle of life. In the evening return to camp for dinner and time at leisure.

FULL-DAY EXPLORING NORTHERN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast head out for your flight to Zanzibar. Enjoy a short farewell game drive en route to Kogatende airstrip. Depart  Kogatende at 10:15 and Arrive in Zanzibar at 14:20 to Zanzibar. On arrival in Zanzibar,  you will be transferred to your resort and check in time for lunch
Zanzibar Island is known to offer the world’s most beautiful beaches. Miles and miles of white sandy beaches dotted with palm trees, surrounded by the clear azure water of the Indian Ocean. This African tropical paradise offers a laid-back beach life, but also a diversity of activities and colorful cultures and history. Spend the rest of your day at the resort at leisure.

FLY FROM THE SERENGETI TO ZANZIBAR ISLAND

Spend the morning at leisure, then head out after lunch for a half-day tour of a spice farm. The tour explores the aspects of why Zanzibar is called the Spice Island. Then embark on a tour of the historic Stone Town, including touring its historic landmarks. Get to visit the first East African church, Slave chambers, and the Sultan's Palace. Later hit the streets of Stone Town for souvenir shopping, before heading out to explore the famous night food market in Forodhani Gardens. Return to your resort in time for dinner.

MORNING LEISURE & HALF DAY STONE TOWN & SPICE FARM TOUR

After breakfast, head out for the Safari Blue Sea Adventure Tour - a full-day thrilling experience exploring the Indian Ocean on a traditional dhow boat. Visit beautiful features like The Sandbanks, Islands, Lagoons and so much more including exploring marine life. On the tour, you will get to swim, snorkel, and have a taste of Seafood as you get to live out what it means to be an Islander. Return to your resort in time for dinner, and get to enjoy your last night in Zanzibar at leisure.
