Welcome to Uganda! Today, you will be received by our representatives at the airport’s arrival terminal. You will then drive through scenic Entebbe town to your hotel where you will spend the night. 

Arrival Entebbe International Airport

Check out of your hotel and drive back to the airport to catch your morning flight to southwestern Uganda where Bwindi is located. Your flight will arrive mid-morning and then drive an hour and a half to your lodge located on the edge of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.  
Check in, relax a little, and then in the afternoon head out to visit the Batwa Pygymies.  They are believed to be one of the earliest ethnic groups in Uganda. Join them as they teach you about their way of life in the forests of Bwindi.  
Head back to your lodge for the night.

 Entebbe International Airport - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park 

Have an early breakfast/packed breakfast, leave the lodge between 7:00 -7:30 AM, and head to the Uganda Wildlife Association (UWA) office for a briefing before Gorilla tracking. The drive from the lodge to the UWA office is only a few minutes long. The briefing/ preparation meeting starts at 8:00 AM and lasts 15-30 minutes.  
Gorilla Tracking does not have a specific time frame because the animals move quite a bit. It could take a few hours or half a day and is considered a full-day activity.  When guests find the Gorillas, they’ll spend 1 hour with them. Head back to the park headquarters where your driver will take you back to your lodge.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park  

This morning, check out of your hotel by 6:00 AM so you can catch your early flight to Entebbe. On arrival, catch another flight to Kenya’s capital, Nairobi, then a connecting flight to Masai Mara. You will be assisted by our team through each airport. You will arrive at your camp in Masai Mara in the mid-afternoon hours. Have lunch then spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure at your camp.

Bwindi - Entebbe - Nairobi - Masai Mara 

After breakfast, head out for a full day of game viewing. You will hop on to an open-top jeep and head out on a guided game drive through the Masai Mara Plains. You will spend most of the time driving along the Mara River where millions of wildebeest and zebras converge every year and take on the daunting task of crossing the Mara River to the other side in search of greener pastures. The Masai Mara Plains are teeming with large volumes of wildlife not seen elsewhere in Africa. Get to see large prides of lions, hyenas, cheetahs, and leopards all stalking the big herds of wildebeest. Return to your lodge in time for dinner.

Game Viewing Adventures in the Mara

After breakfast, you will head out for another thrilling day of game drives. The Masai Mara is a famous wildlife habitat because of its bountiful array of wildlife. It comprises almost all of Africa’s most iconic animals, Lions, Elephants, Buffaloes, Nile crocodiles, Cheetahs, wildebeests, Masai giraffes, and many more!  
Head back to your accommodation for lunch and afternoon at leisure.

Game Viewing Adventures in the Mara 

After two thrilling days of adventure in the Mara, it's time to say goodbye. Have breakfast, then head to the airstrip, and catch the next flight back to Nairobi. In Nairobi, you will be transferred to your hotel, where you will get to spend your day at leisure.

Fly  from Masai Mara to Nairobi 

Spend your last morning in Kenya on a tour of the Giraffe Center and David Sheldrick  Wildlife Trust/Elephant orphanage. Here, you get to get close to Earth’s tallest mammal and visit orphaned baby elephants as they adapt to a new life.  
Have lunch after all this adventure, and later drive to the airport to catch your flight back home.
