Itinerary

Day 1: Discover Andean Heritage Through Tubers and Unique Wines

Begin your journey with an 8:00 am pick-up from your hotel in Cusco, heading to the scenic Sacred Valley (Huatata). Here, your expert will share insights into the conservation efforts and genetic enhancement of Andean tubers, including potatoes, Oca, and Mashua. You'll get to savor a selection of colorful native potato chips during the explanation.  

 

Next, delve into the innovative goose wine project, complete with a tasting of five unique wines. Enjoy these wines alongside potatoes served with a homemade uchucuta sauce and a special red potato wine. Conclude your tour with a delightful taste of chocolate chips.  

 

After this enriching experience, you'll be transported back to your hotel in Cusco.  

 

The experience is in Spanish, and the guide will support with translation.

- Any cancellation done 61 days or more prior to the departure day gets a full refund minus a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the trip value.  

 

- If you cancel 60 to 31 days before departure, you have the right to a 50% refund.  

 

- If you cancel less than 30 days before departure day, you will not receive any refund.
