Overview

Backpacking in Grand Canyon National Park is an adventure of a special kind .The Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim is a classic backpacking adventure, and a feather in the cap of any avid desert hiker. The Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim measures about 45 miles overall, with roughly 20,000 ft of overall vertical change.
