Overview

A unique opportunity to visit the Uttarakhand Himalayas, which have a wide area of valley covered with flowers, is provided by this simple to moderate walk. Valley of Flowers was established as a national park in 1980, and Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve incorporated it as the reserve's second core zone in 2000. When hiking on the trails, you must always have a poncho or rain jacket with you.

Itinerary

Day 1: Rishikesh to Pipalkoti

We'll start at the Rishikesh bus stop and we drive on the fabled Badrinath road. Despite the nine-hour trip's length and arduousness, you will pass through four of the Panchprayag—the five sacred confluences of the Ganga—on the way to Pipalkoti: Devaprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, and Nandaprayag.

Day 2: Drive Pipalkoti to Govindghat -Pulna and Trek to Ghangharia

Day 3: Ghangaria to Valley of Flower and back to Ghangaria

Day 4: Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib and back to Ghangaria

Day 5: Ghangaria to Govindghat and Drive to Pipalkoti (Badrinath optional)

Day 6: Pipalkoti to Rishikesh
