DAY 1

Arrival: Cusco – Sacred Valley

Arrive in Cusco in the morning and gather for a welcome lunch at 12:00, sampling regional dishes and receiving an overview of the route ahead. In the afternoon, enjoy a 4-hour guided walking tour of Qoricancha, the Plaza de Armas, the Cusco Cathedral and the Church of the Triumph, tracing Andean and colonial history. Afterward, transfer by bus 56 km/34.8 miles (1 h 30 m) to a boutique hotel in the Sacred Valley to relax and acclimatize.

Cusco-Sacred Valley-Machu Picchu Trip
