Discover Guatemala, one of the hidden wonders of the travel world, on this eight day adventure. Encounter a country rich in a diversity of culture, natural beauty, and adventure. Experience an intriguing blend of Mayan culture and Spanish colonial influence.

Stroll through the amazingly well-preserved colonial town of Antigua, with its cobblestone streets, ruins, elaborate churches, and a bustling market. Climb the active, fiery Pacaya Volcano, enjoy two days around the simply magical Lake Atitlan, and visit the famous Tikal Ruins.

8-Day Guatemala City to Tikal Guided Tour

DAY 1

Arrival and Exploration in Guatemala City

Antigua is among the world's best conserved colonial cities in the Americas. It is a magic and captivating small town that makes you feel time might have stopped 300 years ago. From its colonial architecture to its beautiful surroundings; strolling through town on the cobblestone streets, will fascinate you!

Your driver will meet you at the BLUE exit (right side door) at the airport with a sign with your name on it for private transfer to Antigua (approx 1hr).
