Highlights

If you are pre­paring for an inde­pen­dent Mount Rainier climb on routes like the Dis­ap­point­ment Cleaver or the Emmons-Winthrop or want­i­ng to refresh your skills for a guid­ed ascent of Wash­ing­ton states’ high­est peak, this course will help prepare you.

The course cul­mi­nates in the appli­ca­tion of skills learned toward the ascent of Mount Bak­er via the Eas­t­on Glac­i­er or Cole­man-Deming Glacier.

- Summiting is not be guaranteed due uncertainties such as weather and ability, however this trip has a very high success rate.
