Yoga and mindfulness have been Nancy's passion for almost 20 years. She has been teaching yoga in Central NJ for over 8 years and most recently at Life Time over 4 years ago. She also does corporate public speaking including keynote presentations and workshops on mindfulness for employers such as Panasonic and Allergan. She is proud of the strong yoga community that they have built at Lifetime Bridgewater including being previously ranked the #1 attended yoga program for Lifetime in the nation. There is nothing that brings her more joy than sharing her passion with new students and watching them to fall in love with yoga.
