Overview

This explorations in Atacama are divided into five zones, each with unique geographic, cultural and biodiversity characteristics. Each exploration has been designed to

gradually reveal the essence of the territory to be discovered, whether on foot or on horseback.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival

You will be picked from the Calama airport and transferred to your hotel located in the Oasis of San Pedro de Atacama, the heart of the Likan Antai

culture.

In the afternoon, take a half day exploration to Matancilla. A van will take you to Domeyko Mountain Range. From there, follow a creek that used to be

a route for ancient commercial caravans. The walk ends at Arcoíris Valley, imposing multicolored walls of mineral-rich soils.

At sunset, enjoy the view of the Licancabur volcano from your terrace, slowly changing colors from bright yellow to purple and then bright again reflecting the moon.

Day 3: Leisure day

Day 4: Visit to Andean Plateau Salt Flats

Day 5: Explore Atacama on Horseback or bike
