If you’re into fall colors, and all things yellow, gold, and green, then a trip to Crested Butte is a must! Crested Butte in the autumn months becomes a true gem with great hikes, fishing, climbing, and fall foliage. Have you ever seen the aspens change?! If you have ever wanted to… now is your opportunity!
This is an all-women’s trip with ladies from the Women Who Hike community. If you’re from Colorado looking for ladies to hike with, join us! If you’re from somewhere else and always wanted to experience fall in the Gunnison Valley, make the trip! We would love to have you!
Along with hiking, we’ll also get our try at rock climbing, mountain biking, and do a scenic drive where we can see all the yellows and golds covering the hillsides and mountains all throughout Crested Butte. It is surely a sight to see! A trip and excursion that you’ll remember for a lifetime!
Crested Butte and Gunnison are placed together in history beginning hundreds of years ago with the Ute tribe being its first peoples. Two bands of Ute people resided in present-day Gunnison County during the summer for hunting: the Parianuches and the Tabeguaches. If you are attending this trip and have extra time to plan activities we recommend visiting The Ute Indian Museum.
Please note that we need at least 6 people to run this group trip. In the event we do not receive minimum bookings, your entire booking amount will be refunded.
