DAY 1

Explore Golden Circle Tour with Secret Lagoon

The tour begins with a morning pick-up from the selected location in Reykjavik, followed by a 40-minute drive to Þingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This historic site, home to Iceland’s first parliament, Althingi, sits between the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates. Walking through the rift valley reveals dramatic landscapes shaped by geological forces.

Next is Gullfoss Waterfall, a powerful two-tiered cascade fed by Langjökull Glacier. Dropping 32 meters into a rugged canyon, it offers breathtaking views in every season.

The journey continues to the Geysir Geothermal Area, home to Iceland’s most famous geysers. Strokkur erupts every 4 to 10 minutes, shooting boiling water up to 20 meters. Bubbling mud pools, steaming vents, and geothermal springs create a surreal landscape.

The final stop is the Secret Lagoon, Iceland’s oldest geothermal pool, with naturally heated waters at 38°-40°C (100.4° - 104°F). A small geyser erupts nearby, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Swimming gear is recommended, with rentals available.

After a full day of exploring Iceland’s most famous landmarks, the return journey to Reykjavik concludes the tour.
