Carl Swedberg

Carl Swedberg has his degree in Exercise Science from Western Washington University and has been working at one of the country’s most profound health clubs (PRO Sports Club in Bellevue, WA) for the past 22 years. He holds six national certifications in personal training, special populations, health coaching, and athletic performance from NSCA, ACSM, and ACE. Additionally, Carl has been a content provider/evaluator for ACE’s Medical Exercise Specialist Certification exam. Carl has been in a leadership role for most of his tenure at PRO Club, the last 15 years in a full-time manager/director role overseeing a team of 100+ personal trainers while still doing a few hours of training a week and teaching group fitness class called Mountain Conditioning preparing people for alpine adventures. Carl enjoys mountaineering, trail running, skiing and is always thinking about the next challenge.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive to Hokkaido

After your domestic flight from Tokyo to New Chitose International Airport, you will take your private airport transfer to your hotel in Niseko. Take some time to relax and explore the area, soaking in the unique blend of Japanese culture and world-class ski resort vibes. Get a good night’s rest before your first day on the slopes!

On day 1, for 9 days

You will be staying at Always Niseko, based on a double occupancy. Always Niseko is a stylish boutique hotel located just outside the central Hirafu area. There is a free guest shuttle that runs approximately every 30 minutes, providing access to the Welcome Center, Gondola, and Hirafu area.

Cancellation Policy

This trip is confirmed once 7 people have booked. If the trip is not confirmed the trip will be refunded 100%.  

Once the trip is confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies:  

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations.  

• Cancellation within 60 days but 30 days prior to the tour will incur a tariff in the amount of 50% of the full tour cost.  

• Cancellations within 30 days will incur a tariff in the amount of 100% of the full tour cost.
