Climb the second tallest peak in Washington on this Mt. Adams adventure. You'll get a chance to practice how to use crampons and an ice axe, be rewarded (on a clear day) with views of Mt. Rainier, Mt Hood, and Mount Saint Helens in the distance, and perhaps even get to glissade (slide) down the mountain which is both amazingly fun and a quicker way to get down while saving your knees!
If you aspire to climb bigger and more technical mountains like Mt. Rainier and Mt. Baker, this Mt. Adams climb is a great beginner climb on which you will can practice the skills and techniques of mountain climbing and will also get a chance to learn about and test out your own gear and all the group gear provided by the guides.
Note: This trip requires a minimum of 6 participants to run.
