The Lemosho route is widely regarded as the most popular and successful route to climb Kilimanjaro, due to the fact that it begins at an altitude of 2200 meters. This allows for a more gradual acclimatization process and favorable weather conditions. Furthermore, the route offers stunning panoramic views of the West Kilimanjaro landscape. During the second stage, it merges with the Machame route, taking hikers through the first volcanic eruption site, known as Shira Cathedral (3850m), as well as other breathtaking landmarks such as the renowned Barranco Wall.

Arrival in Tanzania. Land at Kilimanjaro Airport.

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro airport in Tanzania, our driver will be waiting to pick you up and take you to the hotel. After settling in and taking a shower, it is recommended that you take some time to relax and recover from your long flight. You will then meet your trip guide, who will provide you with a briefing and check your mountain gear to ensure that you are prepared for the upcoming adventure. If you find that you are missing any necessary gear, our store offers the option to rent or hire equipment.
