Once a trip is booked, you will be provided with a detailed digital itinerary including activity options with trail maps, food options, weather conditions, gear required and more.

Mt. Baker Winter Self Guided Snowshoeing Community Trip

DAY 1

Rivers, waterfalls, and snowshoeing adventures

Drive to the scenic Mt. Baker area and collect the keys to your cabin. If you feel like stretching your legs after your drive, you can do an easy 2.4 mile river hike close to town, or a 1 mile walk to a picturesque waterfall. If you arrived early enough in the day, you can head out for a great 5.4 mile beginner’s snowshoe through gentle terrain with river access.

When you’re ready to head back to town, you can grab dinner from one of the local restaurants, or get cozy and creative and cook something up in your cabin’s private kitchen.

You will stay in a 3-storycabin with 2+ bedroom, 1.5-bath.

The main floor features 2-bedrooms and 6 beds as follows.

Room 1: 1-twin size bunk over 1-full sized bunk bed, a twin sized bunk bed.

Room 2: 1-queen sized bed and a DVD/monitor, and 1-full bath.

Room 3: Top floor has a loft bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and a half bath en-suite.

The cabin also has a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator/freezer, range/oven, dishwasher, and a built-in microwave.
