Meet your host

Amy Hankins

Hello! My name is Amy Hankins. I am originally from Missoula, Montana, and I have

lived in many places in the US, and I have lived abroad a couple of times as well. I am a

life-long hiker and lover of nature, and I enjoy exploring new places all around our

amazing world! I currently live in Wisconsin, and I have been busy hiking throughout this

beautiful state since I moved here in 2006.

In April of 2023 I started a Facebook hiking group for women in Wisconsin, and it has

grown quite a lot over this past year. I am excited to have the opportunity to work with

Adventure Tripr and expand the groups’ experiences to new, exciting places.

Overall, one of my main goals is to share my love of nature, outdoor adventures, and

help others deepen their passion for all things related to our amazing natural world.

In addition to hiking, in my free time, I love hanging out with my husband, Michael, and

our dog, Jake. I enjoy reading, having bonfires, going on road trips, and spending time

with friends and family.
