FAQ 4: Is transportation included?

This is a self-drive trip. However, we could offer transportation for up to 7 participants in vans from a meeting point closer to the destination, for the duration of the trip, for additional charge. Rates would depend on the number of participants.

Q: FAQ 1: Are the optional activities included in the trip price?

No, the optional activities are not included in the price. However, we are happy to pre-book these for your so that your interaction with others and handling of money is minimized as a part of the COVID precautions.

Q: FAQ 5: What would happen in the event of closure of the Parks listed in the itinerary, due to COVID-19 restrictions and / or other Oregon state orders?

We will try to adjust the itinerary to include other locations or re-book your trip for a later date.

Explore Crater Lake National Park, a nearby State Park, a marshland wildlife area, lakes and waterfalls in the area and more with an expert guide. We have handpicked hikes suitable for all levels and intensity. You can discuss with your guide and pick the ones that suit your private group. You will also have the option to add on kayaking, biking and horseback riding as your recharge in the wilderness. All this in a small private group, following COVID safety protocol for your and our guide's safety. You will stay in a private cabin so that your interaction with people outside of your private group is minimized.

The per person price listed is for a group of 6 people, including 1 cabin with quadruple occupancy and 1 with double occupancy. For a group of 4 people, the pricing would be $580 per person, including a single cabin on quadruple occupancy basis, which can be upgraded to double occupancy by adding another double occupancy cabin for an upcharge of $95 per person.

Fully-Guided Crater Lake

DAY 1

Visit to a beautiful State Park in the area for a hike and optional adventure activities

Meet your guide at 12:00pm at the State Park's day use area for

a meet & greet BBQ (included in the trip cost) on a beautiful River.

Optional: Guided kayak trip on the river, guided or non-guided bicycle tour horseback riding or just walk/hike through marshland wildlife area.

Check in after 3pm in Cabins at historic Fort Klamath and get food for dinner/breakfast in local store & deli. You can have dinner outside on picnic tables or in cabin rooms.

Included: BBQ lunch, services of an expert guide, accommodation for the night, reservations for optional activities with pre-payment.

You will be staying both nights in private rustic cabins such as Crater Lake Resort of Aspen Inn in the Fort Klamath area.

1 cabin with 2 queen beds is included in the cost of the 4 person trip 2 cabins, with 1 cabin with 2 queen beds and a 2nd cabin with either a queen or twin beds (as requested for) are included in the price of the 6 people trip.
