Highlights

Trekking through the Himalayas is a spiritual experience. To be spiritual is to adapt to the nature to unite yourself with it. This trek offers a wonderful combination of culture, nature and landscape into an experience of a lifetime. But the rewards of this trek must be earned as it climbs over 20,000 ft. and loses over 7,000 ft. of elevation over 75+ miles over the course of the trek, at high altitudes.

On this version of the Everest Base Camp trek, you can accelerate your descent back by taking a helicopter from Gorakshep to Lukla, with an extra day in Kathmandu built into the itinerary to allow for any helicopter flight changes and cancellations due to unfavorable conditions.

Trip highlights:

1. Trekking to the base of the world's tallest mountain

2. Taking in sweeping views some of world's tallest peaks like Lhotse, Nuptse, Pumori

3. Getting a close look at the Khumbu Glacier, world’s highest glacier

4. Opportunity to trek up to Kalapathar, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the region with views of 8000 meter peaks like Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu, Cho-Oyu

5. A visit to one of the oldest and biggest Buddhist monasteries, Tengboche monastery

6. Spending a day at Namche Bazar, the Sherpa capital

7. Experiencing the local culture and cuisine at the tea houses along your trek

8. Coming close to local wildlife and domesticated animals like Yaks

9. Exploring Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, which is a world heritage site.

Incredibly supportive!!

Adventure Tripr facilitated an unforgettable journey for us in the Himalayas, reaching Everest Base Camp alongside my dad, a dream fulfilled. Right from the outset, Dipak and Adventure Tripr were incredibly supportive, addressing all our queries and ensuring we felt at ease about the trip. The trip was organized and planned in a manner that set us up with the highest probability of success to reach EBC. Our trekking guide, Nirmal, was absolutely incredible. He ensured our needs were not just met, but anticipated beforehand. Every aspect of our needs was catered to and he did with a warm smile and positive attitude, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the trekking experience. I wholeheartedly endorse Adventure Tripr to anyone embarking on an adventure or seeking a trusted service committed to providing an exceptional experience. They truly aim to exceed expectations and craft an adventure of a lifetime.
