On this climb you will summit Mount Hood, the tallest peak in Oregon and the world’s second most climbed mountain! This snowy peak that towers above Oregon, inspiring climbers and non-climbers alike. Its glaciated flanks are known for notoriously stormy conditions. This makes it both difficult and beautiful to ascend.
Professional guides will help you get to the summit of Mt. Hood, with a little education, training, and encouragement along the way. Even before your attempt your climb you will train with volunteers from the 'Asha for Education' charitable organization and undergo a snow skills course to be able to complete the training hikes in snow.
