Day 1: Arrive in Ortisei in Val Gardena, the Dolomites

Arrive in Ortisei / Urtijëi (1,236m / 4,055ft) at your leisure and check into your hotel (private transfer available on request). Ortisei is the main village of Val Gardena / Gröden, set in a beautiful valley between the slopes of the Rasciesa High Plateau / Hochalm Raschötz and the steep, wooded slopes of the famous Alpe di Siusi / Seiser Alm, the largest plateau in Europe. Depending on when you arrive, you may have time for a hike or to explore the lively pedestrian zone at the center of the town.

.46 to 59 days prior to departure: 50% loss of trip cost + 50% transfer to a future trip (within two calendar years);  

45 days or less prior to departure: 100% loss of full amount of trip cost. These charges are a percentage of the total cost of the booking. The days indicated are from the trip departure date.
