Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Paro airport and drive to Thimphu

You will be received by the Bhutanese guide and transferred to your hotel in Thimphu, a modern city of Bhutan the one and only city in this world without traffic lights, all the traffic controlled by traffic police with a whistle. From whatever airport you fly where one can enjoy views of world’s highest mountains range with Mount Everest, Makalu and Kanchenjunga, on reaching at Paro Airport in Bhutan

Afternoon take an exploratory walk around Paro main street, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred temples in the Kingdom, dating back to 7th Century.

Overnight in Thimphu.

Meals: Lunch, Dinner

Day 2: Tour of Thimphu Folk Culture and Historical sites

Day 3: Drive to Gangtey and observe Black Necked Cranes

Day 4: Drive to Punakha and visit Chimi Lhakhang

Day 5: Leisure Hike and sightseeing in Punakha

Day 6: Drive to Paro and visit historical Dzong and Museum Tour

Day 7: Hike to high hill at Taksang Monastery "Tigers Nest"
