Marisa, an embodiment specialist with eight illustrious years as a beacon of fitness wisdom at an elite Los Angeles gym. Born from the crucible of martial arts mastery and refined through the rhythms of capoeira, Marisa stands as a testament to the artistry of movement and the synergy between mind, body, and spirit. Courtney, is a well known gymnast with over 15 years of experience training, and 6 years as a coach. She always notes that she is an athlete first, before anything else in her life. She is most knowledgeable in her handstand practice, and liked for her improvised tricks and flips incorporating her infamous dance moves, such as the handstand twerk. At the heart of their craft lies a philosophy: to guide beginners along the path of self-discovery, where movement becomes a conduit for awakening the dormant potential within. From dancing, handstands, singing, losing weight, lifting, gymnastics and so much more, these two are a powerful combo, enlightening and motivating so many around them!
