Costa Rica is a tropical country where you will find many different climates and microclimates despite the rather small size of the country. It is usually said that there are two seasons in Costa Rica, the dry season from November/December to the end of April and the green season that starts in May and usually ends in November/December. Costa Rica can be enjoyed all year long as even the rain here is actually quite warm and sometimes very enjoyable.

Arrive in Costa Rica

Today, you will arrive at Juan Santamaria Airport in San Jose, the capital city of Costa Rica. Your private transportation will be ready to pick you up and transport you to your first hotel in San Jose. Upon your arrival, you will have the opportunity to unwind and explore the city at your own pace during some free time.

Canyoneering, Arenal Volcano hike and hot springs.
