Mike Planeta: My name is Mike Planeta. I am a former athlete turned fitness professional. Somehow I ended up on reality tv and now travel the world very often. Above all else I love Jesus and people. Fritzi Broese Van Groenou: I was born in the Philippines and made it to the top of California. Over the course of a decade, I slowly made my way down the California coast and anchored in San Diego. I've been in the luxury fitness industry for years and am currently an executive director for the best gym in San Diego, Fit Athletic. It would be an absolute dream to share my love for fitness + faith all over the world!

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and journey to your Private Island Resort

Embark on a seamless journey from Belize City (BZE). Upon arrival, you will take a domestic flight to Placencia Airport, where you will be transported to the Placencia boat launch. Then, enjoy a picturesque boat transfer to your Private Island Resort. Upon arrival, settle into your cabana and get ready to immerse yourself in unparalleled beauty, with crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life awaiting you.

In the evening, you will have your first yoga session where you will have the opportunity to connect with the natural beauty surrounding you while finding balance and inner peace through this rejuvenating practice.

Note: Your international flight should arrive in Belize City no later than noon. The boat to the island runs only once per day, departing from Placencia at the latest by 3 PM or whenever all guests for the day have arrived.

Day 2: Body Weights Session / Oceanfront Leisure

Day 3: Morning Yoga Session / Snorkeling Adventure

Day 1: Oceanfront Leisure / Evening HIIT Session

Savor another delightful day basking in the myriad offerings of this incredible island paradise. Enjoy an array of on-island activities, from paddleboarding and kayaking to swimming or indulging in a relaxing spa treatment.

For additional adventure, consider off-island excursions such as fly fishing, deep-sea fishing, or diving with majestic whale sharks. Explore nearby diving sites boasting awe-inspiring marine wonders for an unforgettable aquatic experience.

Later in the evening, participate in a HIIT session—a workout that alternates between intense bursts of exercise and brief recovery periods to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular health. This session is an excellent way to enhance fitness, burn fat, and build endurance in a short amount of time.
